Arriving about 1:00, Alec our server, welcomed us warmly. He took care of our order and checked on us throughout the meal. He made suggestions and made sure everything came as we expected it. After we were finished with lunch, he proactively suggested dessert and coffee and again made suggestions. We ordered burgers. Two were The Caprése and one Black n' Blue Bacon Burger with Wedge Potatoes. I asked for the potatoes to be cooked “well done”. Alec asked if we wanted the burgers medium or well done. Everything tasted fresh and flavor profiles were well balanced. The blue cheese did not overwhelm the rest of the burger as it has on other occasions, at other restaurants. My only complaint, I would have liked the option for the burger to be a bit closer to medium rare but it did not seem to be an option. I will ask next time I go back there for lunch. The coffee was soooooo smooth, we drink it black, my cup was empty before I finished my walk about. Danielle was our very attentive waitperson. She refilled our coffee, answered my many questions about all kinds of offerings - from the entree's to the Lingonberries stirred with sugar from Sweden. I ordered the Chicken Greek Flat. White meat chicken, with olives, feta cheese,artichoke hearts, topped with mixed greens and Feta Vinaigrette dressing a top Flat Bread. My husband had The Black Angus Burger cooked perfectly for him at medium rare. Normally its overflowing with shrimp and crab this week, I couldnt fill my teaspoon with any crab meat so that was a bit dissapointing. The shrinmp were plentyful so Otherwise it was good. ALSO my Coffee was cold, so I asked for it to be heat. I suggested my son get the King Flat and he loved it. My hubby ordered the Benedict with asparagus and he enjoyed that as well.
