The only problem was that since it is a one-man-show at the griddle, our pancakes were late coming out (we finished our omelets before the pancakes arrived). The waitress said the cook does not want to cook the pancakes with other items so they don't taste like those other things, but people who came in and ordered after us were getting their food already! Sorry, but if you are in business this many years you should be able to present all food items together at the table timely. It was served late without any apology - not nice!
